Ryan Cleary joined OSE in May as a project manager. Ryan brings our total size to nine people, which gave me pause for a moment. At nine people we are more than twice the size of the average business in the United States, and in the top 41% of businesses in New York State ranked by the number of employees.
As a company we are not automatically pro-growth or anti-growth. We have grown because the number and size of our projects has grown. (And here’s where I say “Thank you” to all our clients.) We will continue to grow if the workload demands it and, since our practice is based on working with the individual characteristics of the existing buildings that are our projects, we will continue to keep the growth slow(ish) and manageable.
