A Side Benefit


It’s been cold lately. Not insanely cold, but below average and well-below freezing cold.

The colder air is, the less water vapor it can hold. So we get deep blue skies and very pretty sunsets…as long as we’re willing to walk out and take a look.

For what it’s worth, the picture above has not been manipulated in any way. That’s the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island in front of the sunset. Click on it to enlarge it for the full impact of the colors.
