I was under the impression that the Patent Office automatically rejected perpetual motion filings on the sound basis that they are all physically impossible, but application US20070246939A1 suggests that’s not true.
For those unfamiliar with the laws of thermodynamics:
- You can’t win.
- You can’t break even.
