- Home Values Grew Most in Markets With Strictest Land Use Regulations by Jeff Tucker, which address the common argument that land regulations hurt property owners,
- and Growing in the Gaps by Marc Norman and Maurice Cox, on redevelopment of abandoned properties in Detroit and, b y extension, other cities.
I’m solely an amateur on the topic of land use, so I’m learning from articles like these. In other words, I’ve got nothing to add other than I think they were good stuff.
